In this first visit, we seek to know your needs and the scope of the project. A brainstorming session is carried out between the design team and you in order to capture your ideas and clarify the objectives of the project.

We begin with a meeting in the space that is intended to be improved, to better understand your vision.
While we are there, we assess what can be achieved, its possible complexities, and provide forward-looking and constructive ideas, if required.
After this introduction, the next step is to work together under a design agreement. Subsequently, a design meeting is scheduled to further clarify the project.
After the design meeting, we establish the design cost. An initial payment is made to start working, and thus we move forward to a committed relationship on the Project.

At this point we are looking to translate your ideas into a design proposal that fits your visualization of the project. Our work is based on your ideas.
We use rendering, volume models or whatever is required to convey a true visualization of your idea.

Your dreams will become shared images through the hands of an expert. Your opinion and guidance are invaluable throughout the design process.

Let's remember that without architectural plans, we cannot assign costs to your project.
We will then be able to develop a scope of work that will give you a clear idea of the cost of your project and its timeline for completion.

Once we agree on the scope of work, budget and design, the next step is to sign a contract.
At this point, we have established clear and effective communication that will support our success throughout the project.
We agree on a start date and outline next steps.
The duration of the project will be carefully supervised by experts, and follow-up will be given based on previous planning and design.
